Solstice ("we", "our", or "the App") was founded on an uncompromising principle: your fasting, metabolic, and nutrition records belong strictly to you. Unlike incumbent health apps that monetize by reselling user habits or tracking data to advertisers, Solstice operates without tracking frameworks or remote data harvesting.
Solstice contains zero third-party advertising SDKs, data broker trackers, or behavioral telemetry frameworks (such as Facebook SDK, Google Firebase Analytics, or Mixpanel). We never request or track your Apple Advertising Identifier (IDFA).
For optional future premium services (such as Solstice AI meal photo scanning and nutritional journaling):
If you have voluntarily enabled "Share With App Developers" in your iOS device settings, Apple provides developers with anonymized, aggregate diagnostic information (e.g. crash logs and OS version distribution). This telemetry is completely depersonalized by Apple.
Solstice is designed for general wellness habit tracking and educational purposes. It does not provide medical diagnoses, treatment advice, or clinical evaluations. Always consult a licensed medical physician before initiating prolonged fasting protocols.
